# Veluna SEO and GEO Execution Plan

## Goal

Veluna now uses two separate entry paths: `index.html` is the organic SEO/GEO homepage, and `ad.html` is the paid advertising page.

## Completed Technical Foundation

- `index.html` is the SEO/GEO product homepage with indexable robots settings, canonical URL, Open Graph metadata, FAQ content, and SoftwareApplication structured data.
- `ad.html` remains the paid traffic page with TikTok and Adjust passthrough. It is marked `noindex,nofollow,noarchive` and is not included in the sitemap.
- Four topic pages are live: `photo-to-ai-video.html`, `ai-character-video.html`, `ad-creative-ai-video.html`, and `social-video-ideas.html`.
- `features.html`, `templates.html`, and `news.html` are live as the product feature map, template navigation, and official information hub.
- `news.html` lists 40 English SEO/GEO article pages covering broad terms, long-tail queries, and AI answer questions. `articles.html` remains a noindex compatibility redirect to `news.html`.
- `assets/site.css` provides shared layout, navigation, article cards, FAQ blocks, and responsive styling.
- `robots.txt` allows crawling and points to `https://letuvideo.com/sitemap.xml`.
- `sitemap.xml` includes only SEO/GEO pages and excludes the advertising page.
- `llms.txt` provides an AI-readable site map for agents that choose to use it. It is an auxiliary reference, not a ranking guarantee.

## Product Architecture Update

- `index.html` is now the AI video software homepage.
- `features.html` targets product features: text to video, image to video, video plus image, image plus image, multi-image video, template video, and AI face swap video.
- `templates.html` targets AI video templates, image to video templates, and one-click AI face swap templates.
- `news.html` is the official English-first information hub for SEO and GEO articles, with future localized versions adapted by market.
- Core keyword expansion now includes AI face swap video, video face swap, AI video templates, text to video AI, image to video AI, and multi-image video AI.
- Public copy can use safe-edge language such as fewer template limits, bold AI video ideas, wild social hooks, and creative freedom, but must not promise illegal, infringing, deceptive, adult, or truly unrestricted generation.

## SEO Roadmap

### Phase 1: Launch and Indexing

- Confirm `https://letuvideo.com/` serves the SEO/GEO homepage and `https://letuvideo.com/ad.html` serves the paid advertising page.
- If the production domain changes, update canonical URLs, `robots.txt`, `sitemap.xml`, and `llms.txt`.
- Submit the sitemap in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
- Validate JSON-LD with Google's Rich Results Test.
- Check mobile performance with PageSpeed Insights.

### Phase 2: Keyword and Content Expansion

- Homepage keywords: AI video software, AI video maker, text to video AI, image to video AI, AI face swap video, AI video templates, photo to video AI, AI character video, animate photo AI, short AI video generator.
- Current content cluster:

## GEO Roadmap

GEO means Generative Engine Optimization: making pages easier for AI search, AI summaries, and answer systems to understand and cite accurately.

### Phase 1: Make Content Readable

- Keep important information in crawlable HTML text, not only in images, videos, or scripts.
- Every page should answer what it is, who it helps, what problem it solves, and how to use it.
- FAQ questions should match natural language queries, such as "What is the best AI video maker for turning a photo into a video?"
- Structured data must match visible content.

### Phase 2: Cover Query Fan-Out

- Build connected subtopics around photo animation, character video, avatar video, AI ad creative, social video concepts, prompts, quality, and localization.
- Link related pages together so crawlers and AI systems can understand the topic cluster.
- Add comparison, workflow, use case, and FAQ sections that can be summarized independently.

### Phase 3: Build Trust Signals

- Keep brand language consistent across pages: Veluna, AI video maker, photo to moving character video.
- Link external mentions to canonical URLs.
- Add real product previews, screenshots, case studies, and changelogs over time.
- Monitor AI search referrals, brand searches, and hallucinated 404 URLs. Add redirects for common mistaken URLs when needed.

## 30 Day Work Plan

- Week 1: launch, submit sitemap, validate structured data, and complete mobile performance checks.
- Week 2: review Search Console indexing and improve core topic pages.
- Week 3: expand article examples, add screenshots or video previews, and strengthen internal links.
- Week 4: update titles, FAQs, and CTAs based on real query data.

The core content direction is AI video generation with creative flexibility beyond fixed templates. The advertising page `ad.html` does not participate in SEO/GEO. Every non-ad page should support the organic content system.
